Lisa was talking the other day about how we needed a shelf in the
kitchen cabinet. Every time we need something from the cabinet, items
on top would crash down. I'm in a save money mode right now so I
looked around our house to see what we had to make what we need. I found a large nice looking shelf from an old entertainment center.
I measured 4 times and then made my cut. The saw blade I have was the
right size but not very sharp, it cut, but it just took a while. On
the legs I used oak from a shelfing system I had salvaged. I used wood
glue and tack nails for each leg. The shelf is also removable. Now we
can fit more things in and get to items we need without a hassle.
Total time about 3 hours.
