https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9DstJ_hEPA Chef Ronnie Nasuti from Tiki's Grill & Bar at offsite charity event for Dazzle 2013, "Play, a Child's Work", benefiting the students of Central Union Church Preschool and Kindergarten at the Sheraton Waikiki.
Chef Ronnie created a crowd favorite: Shiso Ahi, Green Tea Edamame Risotto Uni Butter, & Squid Foam for about 700 guests.
Mahalo to all the volunteers that came out to help with this event: Chef Ronnie Nasuti Dr. Jay T. Kanegawa and Wife, Alyssa, Tino, Lisa and Michael Miller and one other very cool woman who's name can we can recall.
