WHAT: Make and Log Contacts with Hams from around the world!
ARRL's Volunteers On the Air (VOTA) operating event.
Looking for HAWAII FT-8, RTTY, and Other Modes operators to volunteer to take over the callsign W1AW/KH6 for a few hours or more.
WHERE: From Your Home Station
WHEN: February 7th, 14:00 HST to February 14th, 14:00 HST (February 8th through February 15th, UTC).
WHY: Fun, and you get to use the W1AW/KH6 and give others a chance to get points.
[Participants are not required to be ARRL Members. Even so, we encourage all Amateur Radio operators who are not members to consider joining the comradery with our 160,000+ current members. When joining, you'll discover support, inspiration, and advice to elevate your Amateur Radio experience.]

Please review and choose 6 Hour Time Slots. Let me know if you are going to do FT-8, RTTY, or another DATA Mode. ( If you need to take breaks, that's OK)

Once we complete this first selection round, we'll offer another round of requests.
- Each operator will receive a letter from the ARRL authorizing them to
sign W1AW/KH6. And Notes on how to set up and submit logs to ARRL.

Remember, once the event starts, there's no guarantee you'll be able to add time slots (ARRL's call ), so please
choose carefully.
- If you happen to know of any KH6 DATA ops who might like to operate the
VOTA event please share my e-mails with them.
