Just wanted to say thanks for your support - we know there are now a few good options for local greens that you guys have to choose from and are thrilled to be able to send our goods your way week after week.
As always, we love to hear candid feedback about our produce and service, both good and bad. This really helps us as a business and our youth as developing leaders.
Also, we'd love to chat with you guys about other ways to work together in 2010. Farm visits for your staff, new produce items we can grow for your menus, promotions and educational demos our youth can do for you and your guests, are just some ideas our farm team has talked about. Your thoughts always appreciated.

The Rebels have had three wins and one loss since I last blogged with three of those games part of the Diamond Head Classic in Hawaii. The last game, a loss against USC, dropped UNLV out of the polls ... but they will be back there soon enough. But first, a trip to Hawaii and here is my diary!

Photos from a destination wedding reception held in our Lava Tube. We can host up to 100 in the tube, this party was set for 49. They liked being able to host a party in Waikiki where all their out of town guests were staying, no buses or cabs. Flora is local and has some family on Oahu. Flora & Dean live in North Dakota.

Rainbow Falls is a waterfall located in Hilo, Hawaii. It is 80 ft (24 m) tall and almost 100 ft (30 m) in diameter.
At Rainbow Falls, the Wailuku River rushes into a large pool below. The gorge is blanketed by lush, dense tropical foliage and the turquoise colored pool is bordered by beautiful wild ginger. The fall is accessed by a hike down a slippery path made of stone that ends at the lookout point. The falls are accessed at Wailuku River State Park, coordinates 19°43′9″N
Known in the Hawaiian language as Waianuenue[1], the falls flows over a natural lava cave, the mythological home to Hina, an ancient Hawaiian goddess. Rainbow Falls derives its name from the fact that, on misty mornings, one can see beautiful rainbows spanning the waterfall.
